Aeropostale Shares Higher after Earnings Beat and Upgrade

New York, March 12th (TradersHuddle.com) – Shares of Aeropostale (NYSE:ARO) were trading higher by 5.18%, in the early trading session after Piper Jaffray upgrade from Underweight to Neutral and its earnings beat.
Aeropostale beat the street by $0.04, and reported revenue in-line with analyst expectations. The key aspect was the guide, which was above consensus. Revenues rose 16.1% year over year to $801.2 million versus the $797.7 million consensus.
Aeropostale is exhibiting relative strength as it is outperforming a weak market, as the S&P 500 is off by 0.13% in early morning trading.
