HOUSTON, July 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Spectra Energy Corp (NYSE: SE) has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable on September 13, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 13, 2010.
