Tenet to Release Second Quarter Results on August 3, 2010

Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) plans to announce results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2010, before the market opens on Tuesday, August 3, 2010.

At 10:00 a.m. (EDT) on August 3, 2010, Tenet management will discuss the results via a live audio webcast accessible through the Company’s Web site at www.tenethealth.com/investors. It is suggested that listeners access the audio webcast 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the call. The audio webcast will be available live and on a replay basis for 90 days following the earnings announcement.
