Texas Instruments board declares quarterly dividend

DALLAS, July 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Texas Instruments Incorporated (NYSE: TXN) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock, payable August 16, 2010, to stockholders of record on July 30, 2010.
