Scripps Networks Interactive to Report Second Quarter Results; Webcast of Conference Call Available

Scripps Networks Interactive Inc. (NYSE: SNI) will report second quarter 2010 operating results before trading on the New York Stock Exchange begins Monday, Aug. 9. A telephone conference call with members of the company’s senior management team will follow at 10 a.m. EDT.

Scripps Networks Interactive will offer a live webcast of the conference call. To access the webcast, visit www.scrippsnetworksinteractive.com and follow the Investor Relations link at the top of the page. The webcast link can be found next to the microphone icon.

To access the conference call by telephone, dial 800-230-1093 (U.S.) or 612-332-0107 (international) approximately ten minutes before the start of the call.
