GLG Partners to Report Q2 2010 Results on August 9, 2010

GLG Partners, Inc. (“GLG”) (NYSE: GLG) today announced that it will report its 2010 second quarter results on Monday, August 9, 2010, before market open. In view of the pending acquisition of GLG by Man Group plc, management will not conduct a quarterly conference call.
