Hershey Declares Quarterly Dividends

HERSHEY, Pa.-( Business Wire )-The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company (NYSE:HSY) today declared quarterly dividends of $0.32 on the Common Stock and $0.29 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable September 15, 2010, to stockholders of record August 25, 2010. It is the 323rd consecutive regular dividend on the Common Stock and the 104th consecutive regular dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
