Molson Coors Brewing Company Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend

DENVER & MONTREAL-( Business Wire )-

Molson Coors Brewing Company (MCBC) (NYSE: TAP) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of US$0.28 per share, payable on September 15, 2010, to shareholders of record on August 31, 2010. The quarterly dividend is payable to holders of Class A and Class B common stock of Molson Coors Brewing Company. In addition, Molson Coors Canada Inc. (TSX: TPX.B) (TSX: TPX.A), a wholly owned subsidiary of MCBC, declared a quarterly dividend of approximately CDN$0.28 (the Canadian equivalent of the dividend declared on Molson Coors stock), payable September 15, 2010, to its Class A and Class B exchangeable shareholders of record on August 31, 2010.
