New York, August 11^th (TradersHuddle.com) – Following are some of the new analyst ratings before the market open.

Research Firms Initiate:

Aecom Technology (NYSE:ACM), the provider of professional technical and management support services, was initiated with a Neutral at Goldman.

Blue Coat Systems (NASDAQ:BCSI), the Web security solutions provider, was initiated with a Market Perform at William Blair.

ECA Marcellus Trust (NYSE:ECT), the statutory trust that owns royalty interests in horizontal shale natural gas wells in Pennsylvania, was initiated with a Buy at Citigroup.

Neostem (NYSE:NBS), the provider of collection, processing and storage services for adult stem cells, was initiated with a Buy at National Securities. The firm set a target price of  $3, as it sees a unique company with a 51% stake in a Chinese specialty pharmaceutical company Suzhou (a leader in anti-infectives). The analysts believe there is robust potential in China as well as in the U.S. once the regulatory pathway becomes clear.

OGE Energy (NYSE:OGE), the holding company for Oklahoma Gas and Electric, was initiated with a Hold at Jefferies.

Perficient (NASDAQ:PRFT), the provider of dedicated virtual professional services organizations to Internet software companies, was initiated with a Buy and $13 target price at BGB Securities.

StarTek (NYSE:SRT), the provider of outsourced process management services, was initiated with a Buy at BGB Securities.
