Medtronic Announces Cash Dividend for Second Quarter of Fiscal Year 2011

MINNEAPOLIS-( Business Wire )-The board of directors of Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE:MDT), today approved a cash dividend of $0.225 per share of the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on October 29, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 8, 2010.
