Teradata Gained the Most in the SP500

tdcNew York, August 26th (Tradershuddle.com) – Shares of Teradata Corp (NYSE:TDC) gained the most in the S&P 500 after its shares climbed 5.80% to $31.39.

 

Teradata (NYSE:TDC), the data-warehousing provider, jumped on speculation the company will re-hire former Hewlett-Packard (NYSE:HPQ) CEO Mark Hurd. Mr. Hurd had run Teradata’s data warehousing division before its spin-off from NCR, where Hurd later served as CEO.

 

The move to the upside came with strong volume; 4.57 million shares traded, 2.60 times Teradata’s average 90day volume of 1.76 million shares.

 

The stock's 52-week low is $25.12 and its 52-week high is $34.61.
