Josh Wilson Joins Mercer’s Human Capital Business as Partner

NEW YORK-( Business Wire )-Mercer announced today that Josh Wilson has joined its Human Capital consulting business as a Partner.
Based in Atlanta, Mr. Wilson will provide strategic advice to Mercer clients on executive and employee compensation, annual incentive plan design and stock option program design. He joins Mercer from Towers Watson, where he most recently served as the Market Business Leader for the Southeast Region.
Mr. Wilson brings more than 14 years of experience in development of human resources and reward strategies, job evaluation, market analysis, management of compensation surveys, stock option programs, and the design and implementation of executive, management and sales incentive plans.

Mr. Wilson earned a BA degree in history and an MBA degree in finance and management from Cornell University. He has also earned the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork. Mr. Wilson is the past President of the Atlanta Area Compensation Committee, and served on the board for several years. He is currently the President of the Nashville Total Rewards Association.
