Applied Materials to Present at Upcoming Investor Conferences

Applied Materials, Inc. (Nasdaq:AMAT) will participate in two upcoming investor conferences to be held in September. George Davis, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will present at the 2010 Citi Technology Conference on Wednesday, September 8, 9:10 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. ET. On Wednesday, September 15, Randhir Thakur, executive vice president and general manager Silicon Systems Group, will present at the Deutsche Bank 2010 Technology Conference from 9:50 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. PT.
