For 25 years, the Annual Report Card has served as the definitive benchmark of vendor/partner relationships and an industry standard for measuring excellence in the channel community. This year, Everything Channel's research team surveyed more than 3,700 solution providers in 18 product/service categories and asked them to evaluate the importance and satisfaction with their vendors' products, support and channel programs.

IBM was named the ARC Overall Winner and Company of the Year in Data & Information Management and Volume Mainstream Business Servers.  In the Data & Information Management category, IBM captured top honors in the Support sub-category. IBM took top honors for Product Innovation in the Midrange High-End Servers category. The company was also awarded top marks in the Support and Partnership sub-categories in Volume Mainstream Business Servers.

"For 25 years, we have asked solution providers to rate vendors on their channel commitment and excellence in providing superb service to identify the true leaders of the channel. Winning the CRN Annual Report Card is one of the most prestigious honors in the IT channel industry, and we congratulate IBM for making it to the list," said Kelley Damore, VP, Editorial Director, Everything Channel.

The ARC awards were presented on Aug. 24 at the 2010 XChange Americas conference at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Dallas.   The complete listing of the 2010 Annual Report Card will be featured in the October issue of CRN Magazine and online at www.crn.com.

"IBM is pleased to receive such a strong vote of confidence from the solution provider community in the strategically important areas of information management and core business servers. This recognition reflects the breadth of our IBM-wide commitment to helping our channel partners pursue new opportunities for profitable growth and deliver innovative solutions to organizations worldwide,"  said Rich Hume, IBM, General Manager, Global Business Partners & Midmarket.
