Abercrombie & Fitch fell the Most in the S&P 500

New York, September 2nd (Tradershuddle.com) – Shares of Abercrombie & Fitch (NYSE:ANF) fell the most in the S&P 500 after its shares dropped 3.88% to $35.16.
Abercrombie & Fitch (NYSE:ANF), the specialty retailer, fell after the retailer said its August same-store sales climbed 6%, barely meeting analysts’ expectations as the company discounted merchandise to face competition from rivals in the key back to school shopping season.
The stock moved downward, with strong volume, as 9.8 million shares traded, 2.56 times Abercrombie’s average volume of 3.8 million shares.
The stock's 52-week low is $28.76 and its 52-week high is $51.12.
