New Target Clinic Locations Open Today in Chicago and the Palm Beach Area

Locations offer access to quality, convenient and affordable healthcare

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, eight new Target Clinic® locations are opening in Chicago, Ill., and the Palm Beach, Fla., area. The new locations offer Target guests access to quality, convenient and affordable healthcare services with no appointment necessary. All Target Clinic locations offer on-the-spot treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, skin treatments, vaccinations, and select tests and screenings. The new locations are open every day of the week, including both daytime and evening hours.

"Health and wellness is an important focus for Target, and we're thrilled to offer Target Clinic services to our guests in Chicago and the Palm Beach area," says Keri Jones, senior vice president, merchandising, Target. "We hope the new locations help our guests and their families reach their well-being goals with the same quality of service and value they expect from Target."

Healthcare professionals at Target Clinic can test and treat guests ages 18 months and older for many common illnesses and injuries. These highly trained clinicians can administer an assortment of vaccines including flu, Meningitis, and Hepatitis A and B. Vaccine prices start at $24, and college students receive a 15-percent discount with their school ID.

The new Target Clinic locations include five clinics in the Chicago area and three locations in the Palm Beach area:

Chicago locations:

• Near North, 2556 N. Elston Ave.
• South Loop, 1154 S. Clark St.
• Tinley Park, 7300 191st St.
• Broadview, 800 Broadview Village Square
• Evanston, 2209 Howard St.

Palm Beach area locations:

• Boynton Beach, 650 N. Congress Ave.
• Royal Palm Beach, 10155 Okeechobee Blvd.
• Deerfield Beach, 3599 W. Hillsboro Blvd.

The first Target Clinic opened in Minnesota in 2006. There are 21 Target Clinic locations in Minnesota and seven locations in Maryland. The opening of the Chicago and the Palm Beach area locations brings the Target Clinic total to 36.
