Pfizer - Worst Performing Dow Component

pfe New York, September 7th (TradersHuddle.com) - The Dow Jones Industrial Average is lower trading at 10368.3, which represents -0.76% versus its previous trading session close. The blue chip index is .

Exxon (NYSE:XOM) is the Dow's top performer this morning with the stock trading at $60.7 representing 241.97% versus the previous trading session. Shares of Exxon, the biggest U.S. energy producer have defined support at $59.25 and resistance at $62.99.

Home Depot (NYSE:HD) is also among the top performers early in the trading session, trading at $29.42 representing 63.44% from its previous close. Home Depot, the home improvement retailer has calculated support and resistance levels at $27.10 and $28.84 respectively. The other top performer this morning is Wal-Mart (NYSE:WMT), which is trading at $52.26 representing 11.19% from the previous trading session.

The Dow's worst performers include Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) that is trading at $16.28 or -8.29% from the previous close. Shares of Pfizer, the pharmaceutical company maker of Viagra and Lipitor have defined support at $14.00 and resistance at $16.60. Also among the worst performers we have American Express (NYSE:AXP), which is trading at $40.57 representing -2.94% from the previous trading session.

Benchmark crude for October delivery is also trading lower at $73.46 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange lower by $-0.97 from the previous trading session.

The Dow is underperfoming the S&P 500 but is pretty much equal with the NASDAQ composite. The S&P 500 is currently trading at 1095.5, which represents -0.82% from previous close, the Nasdaq on the other hand is trading at 2216.65 that represents -0.77% from previous session.
