Court Denies Sandoz/Momenta's Summary Judgment of Invalidity in Copaxone® Litigation

JERUSALEM-( Business Wire )-Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Nasdaq:TEVA) announced today that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York has denied a motion for summary judgment filed by Sandoz Inc./Momenta Pharmaceuticals, Inc., that the patents at issue are invalid for indefiniteness. The court has not yet set a trial date.
