CSC Wins $228 Million Intelligence Community Delivery Order for IT Infrastructure Services

FALLS CHURCH, Va.-( Business Wire )-CSC (NYSE:CSC) announced today that a major intelligence community agency awarded the company a delivery order to provide information technology (IT) services for two new sites in San Antonio, Texas, and Augusta, Ga. The delivery order, which has a one-year base period and four one-year options, has an estimated total five-year value of $228 million. This delivery order was awarded to CSC during the company’s fiscal 2010 fourth quarter that ended April 2, 2010.
Under the terms of the agreement, CSC will provide the acquisition, installation and integration of mission-critical IT services that include secure and non-secure networks, data centers, desktops, multimedia and telephony.
“This contract award reinforces CSC’s leadership position as a proven provider of mission-critical enterprise IT programs,” said Harold C. Smith, vice president and general manager of the Intelligence Division for CSC’s North American Public Sector. “We are pleased to have the opportunity to work with our customer on this important expansion of their mission infrastructure.”
