The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (NASDAQ: CAKE) today announced the opening of its newest Cheesecake Factory restaurant at The Shops at La Cantera Mall in San Antonio, Texas. The restaurant opened on December 5, 2011 and contains approximately 7,900 square feet and 205 seats.
