PetSmart Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

PetSmart, Inc. (NASDAQ: PETM) declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of fourteen cents ($0.14) per share. The dividend is payable February 10, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 27, 2012.
