QVC, which just celebrated its 25th anniversary in the United States, has successfully expanded its industry-leading, multimedia retail model to markets around the world, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and most recently Italy. QVC's unique, team-oriented and customer-centric workplace culture has played a central role in that expansion, and Rubino has helped ensure that QVC's focus on its people and values-based leadership remained consistent as it entered new markets.

"As the chief steward of our people, Beth ensures that QVC is a great place to work and a place where talented people come to build their careers."

In addition to her global Human Resources role, Rubino will continue to oversee QVC's corporate communications, as well as its community affairs programs and corporate social responsibility efforts. Rubino joined QVC in 1995, and has held various leadership positions in the Human Resources organization. Previously she served as Vice President of Human Resources Operations and Services, and as the Director of Human Resources Training and Development.

Prior to joining QVC, Rubino served as General Manager of the Philadelphia call center for PECO Energy. She also served as the Director of Training, Management and Organization Development for PECO Energy.

Rubino earned her bachelor's degree in business from Ursinus College, in Collegeville, PA., and her master's degree in organizational development and training from St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia. Rubino also received a certificate from the Executive Development Program at the Harvard Business School.
