Trinity Industries, Inc. Elects Vice Presidents

Trinity Industries, Inc., (NYSE:TRN) today announced that Gail Peck and Heather Perttula Randall have been promoted to Vice Presidents of the company.

Ms. Peck joined Trinity in May 2010 and has served as Treasurer since that time. In this role, Ms. Peck is responsible for the Corporate Treasury, Investor Relations, Credit, and Business Services functions. Prior to joining Trinity, she spent eight years at Centex Corporation, most recently as Vice President and Treasurer from 2004 to 2009. Before joining Centex, Ms. Peck held various finance roles at American Airlines. Ms. Peck earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity College and a Masters of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina.

Ms. Randall has been promoted to Vice President, Legal Affairs and Government Relations. Ms. Randall joined Trinity in April 2005 as Chief Counsel of TrinityRail, the rail manufacturing and leasing subsidiary group of the company. In 2006, Ms. Randall became Deputy General Counsel in charge of litigation for Trinity. Prior to working for Trinity, Ms. Randall was a member of the Securities Litigation Group for Haynes and Boone, LLP. Ms. Randall earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas School of Law.
