RYE, N.Y., Dec. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Jarden Corporation (NYSE: JAH) today announced that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08625 per share of the Company's common stock, payable on January 31, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 3, 2012.
