BEIJING, Dec. 23, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- China Nuokang Bio-Pharmaceutical Inc. Each of the proposals submitted for shareholder approval was approved.

The primary resolution approved was to continue to engage Ernst & Young Hua Ming as the independent auditor of the Company for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2011.
