New York, January 3^rd (TradersHuddle.com) – Following are some of the downgrades before the market open.

Becton Dickinson (NYSE:BDX), the provider of medical devices, instrument systems, and reagents worldwide, was downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley.

Community Health (NYSE:CYH) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Bank of America Merrill.

Group 1 Automotive (NYSE:GPI), the owner and operator of auto dealerships and collision service centers, was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Goldman Sachs.

Healthsouth (NYSE:HLS), the healthcare services provider, was downgraded to Underperform from Neutral at Bank of America Merrill.

Intersil (NASDAQ:ISIL) was downgraded to a Sell from Neutral at Goldman Sachs.

Kindred Healthcare (NYSE:KND) was downgraded to Underperform from Neutral at Bank of America Merrill.

Onyx Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ONXX) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Jefferies.

PACCAR (NASDAQ:PCAR), the maker of Kenworth trucks, was downgraded to a Neutral from Overweight at JP Morgan.

Plantronics (NYSE:PLT) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Morgan Keegan.

PMC-Sierra (NASDAQ:PMCS) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Goldman Sachs.

Regal Entertainment (NYSE:RGC), the operator of the largest and most geographically diverse theatre circuit in the United States, was downgraded to a Neutral from Overweight at Piper Jaffray.

Regency Centers (NYSE:REG) was downgraded to a Neutral from Outperform at Credit Suisse.

Williams Companies (NYSE:WMB), the integrated natural gas company, was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at UBS.

Wolverine (NYSE:WWW) was downgraded to a Neutral from Outperform at Robert W. Baird. The firm lowered its target price to $38 from $49.

Zumiez Inc. (NASDAQ:ZUMZ) was downgraded to a Neutral from Overweight at Piper Jaffray.
