AudioCodes Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2011 Reporting Date

LOD, Israel, Jan. 5, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AudioCodes (Nasdaq:AUDC), a leading provider of Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies and Voice Network products, will release financial results for its fourth quarter and full year 2011, reflecting the periods ended December 31, 2011, on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 before the market open on NASDAQ. AudioCodes' financial results will be released over the news wires, and will also be posted on its corporate Website.

On Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, AudioCodes will conduct a conference call to discuss the fourth quarter and full year 2011 results which will be Webcast simultaneously.
