New York, January 10th (TradersHuddle.com) - The following are top upgrades and downgrades before the market opens.

Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX), the online video rental company, was downgraded to Underperform at Bank of America Merrill.

Republic Services (NYSE:RSG) was downgraded to a Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan.

Alaska Air Group (NYSE:ALK), the Airline serving destinations within the state of Alaska and the West Coast of the United States, was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Deutsche Bank.

Allegiant Travel (NASDAQ:ALGT) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Deutsche Bank.

Choice Hotels (NYSE:CHH) was downgraded to Underperform from Neutral at Credit Suisse.

Cache (NASDAQ:CACH) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Sterne Agee.

Marriott International (NYSE:MAR), the hotel chain owner and operator, was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Bank of America Merrill.

Hyatt Hotels (NYSE:H) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Bank of America Merrill.

Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (NYSE:VRX) was upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley.

Ryland Group (NYSE:RYL), the California based homebuilder, was upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at JPMorgan.
