New York, January 11th (TradersHuddle.com) - Research Analyst's early calls ahead of the bell.

Southwestern Energy (NYSE:SWN) was downgraded to a Neutral from Outperform at Robert W. Baird. The firm lowered its target price on the stock to $39 from $45.

Urban Outfitters (NASDAQ:URBN) downgraded to a Sell from Buy at Citigroup.

Waste Management (NYSE:WM) was downgraded to a Sell from Buy at Societe Generale.

Franklin Resources (NYSE:BEN) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Citigroup.

Polo Ralph Lauren (NYSE:RL) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Wells Fargo.

General Motors (NYSE:GM) was upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at Piper Jaffray.

AK Steel (NYSE:AKS) was upgraded to Outperform from Neutral at Credit Suisse.

Owens & Minor (NYSE:OMI) was upgraded to a Neutral from Sell at Goldman Sachs.

Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE:ALU) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank.

Marriott International (NYSE:MAR) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Goldman Sachs.
