New York, January 12th (TradersHuddle.com) - Research Calls ahead of the market open.
EMC Corp. (NYSE:EMC) was upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at JP Morgan.
Stryker (NYSE:SYK) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Citigroup.
ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Jefferies.
BP (NYSE:BP) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Jefferies
Canadian National Railway Company (NYSE:CNI) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at TD Newcrest.
Urban Outfitters (NASDAQ:URBN) was upgraded to a Neutral from Underperform at Wedbush.
Lennar (NYSE:LEN) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Keefe Bruyette.
BioMed Realty (NYSE:BMR) was downgraded to Underweight from Hold at KeyBanc Capital Markets
AvalonBay (NYSE:AVB) was downgraded to Underweight from Hold at KeyBanc Capital Markets
Pall Corp. (NYSE:PLL) was upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at William Blair.
