(NYSE: TRW) announced today that it plans to release its fourth quarter and full year 2011 financial results at  7:00 a.m. (Eastern time) on Thursday, February 16th followed by a conference call at  8:30 a.m.  During the call, John C. Plant, chairman of the board and chief executive officer, and Joseph S. Cantie, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will discuss the Company's financial results and other related matters.
