Rowan Schedules Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2011 Earnings Release Date and Conference Call

HOUSTON, Jan. 16, 2012  /PRNewswire/ -- Rowan Companies, Inc. ("Rowan" or the "Company") (NYSE: RDC) plans to report earnings for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2011 on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, before the open of the financial markets in the United States.  Following the earnings report, the Company will conduct a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Central Time to discuss its operating results.  Interested parties can listen to the conference call by telephone or over the internet.
