RadioShack (NYSE:RSH) was upgraded to Equal Weight from Underweight at Barclays.
Guess? (NYSE:GES) was downgraded to a Neutral from Overweight at Piper Jaffray.
Kroger (NYSE:KR) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at BMO Capital.
Lennox International (NYSE:LII) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at KeyBanc Capital Markets.
Sanofi-Aventis (NYSE:SNY) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Bank of America Merrill.
Health Care REIT (NYSE:HCN) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Bank of America Merrill.
DIRECTV (NASDAQ:DTV) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at UBS.
France Telecom (NYSE:FTE) was downgraded to a Sell from Hold at Deutsche Bank.
MGM Resorts (NYSE:MGM) was upgraded to Neutral from Underperform at Credit Suisse.
Janus Capital (NYSE:JNS) was downgraded to a Sell from Neutral at Citigroup
