ST. LOUIS, Jan. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Arch Coal, Inc. (NYSE: ACI) will discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2011 financial results in a conference call that will be broadcast live over the Internet on Friday, Feb. 10 at 11:00 a.m. E.S.T.  Participating on the call will be Arch's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Steven F.
