CenterPoint Energy Raises Quarterly Dividend to 20.25 Cents From 19.75 Cents per Share

HOUSTON, Jan. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CenterPoint Energy, Inc.'s (NYSE: CNP) board of directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.2025 per share of common stock payable on March 9, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 16, 2012.
