Google - NASDAQ 100 Worst Performer

New York, January 20th (TradersHuddle.com) - The NASDAQ 100 Index is lower trading at 2437.49, which represents -0.17% versus its previous close. The index is having a mixed day with slightly less than 50% of the NASDAQ 100 components trading higher.

Sears Holdings (NASDAQ:SHLD) is the NASDAQ 100's top performer today with the stock trading at $49.16 representing 13.39% from its previous trading session. Shares of Sears Holdings, the holding company that owns and operates the Sears and Kmart retail chains have defined support at $28.89 and resistance at $34.65.

Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) is also among the top performers, and it is trading at $29.48 representing 4.82% from its previous close. Microsoft, the maker of Windows operating software has calculated support and resistance levels at $24.30 and $28.19 respectively. The other top performer of the NASDAQ 100 is Celgene (NASDAQ:CELG), which is trading at $73.94 representing 2.4% from its previous close.

The NASDAQ 100's worst performers include Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) that is trading at $587.22 or -8.19% from the previous close. Shares of Google, the owner of the largest Internet search engine in the world have defined support at $616.91 and resistance at $670.25. Also among the worst performers Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ:ISRG), which is trading at $440.53 representing -7.19% from the previous trading session.

The NASDAQ 100 is underperfoming the Dow Jones but is pretty much equal with the S&P 500. The Dow Jones Industrial Index is currently trading at 12694.2, which represents 0.56% from previous close, the S&P 500 on the other hand is trading at 1313.37 that represents -0.09% from its previous close.
