(Nasdaq: ACAS) ("American Capital" or the "Company") announced today it will report fourth quarter 2011 earnings after market close on February 14, 2012. Members of the Company's senior management team will discuss the quarter on a conference call to be held on February 15, 2012 at 11:00 am ET. Shareholders, prospective shareholders, analysts and other interested persons may access the call through a live webcast, free of charge, at www.AmericanCapital.com, or by dialing (877) 569-8701 (U.S. domestic) or (574) 941-7382 (international).
