Novellus (NASDAQ:NVLS) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.

KLA-Tencor (NASDAQ:KLAC) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.

Greenhill (NYSE:GHL) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Ticonderoga based on valuation.

Bed Bath & Beyond (NASDAQ:BBBY) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank.

Entergy (NYSE:ETR) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Jefferies.

Ternium S.A. (NYSE:TX) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Goldman Sachs.

Zumiez (NASDAQ:ZUMZ) was downgraded to a Neutral from Outperform at Credit Suisse.

Plains Exploration & Production (NYSE:PXP) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Goldman Sachs.

Rubicon Technology (NASDAQ:RBCN) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Kaufman Brothers. The firm cut its target price to $13 from $16.
