Siemens AG (NYSE:SI) was downgraded to a Neutral from Overweight at HSBC Securities.

CSX Corp. (NYSE:CSX) was upgraded to Outperform from Neutral at Robert W. Baird. The firm set its target price at $26.

Equity Lifestyle Properties (NYSE:ELS) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at JMP Securities.

NVIDIA (NASDAQ:NVDA) was downgraded to Underperform from Market Perform at JMP Securities.

Potash (NYSE:POT) was downgraded to a Sell from Hold at Dahlman Rose. The firm set its target price at $41.

Air Lease Corporation (NYSE:AL) was upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at JPMorgan.

Aircastle (NYSE:AYR) was downgraded to a Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan.

Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE:ALU) was upgraded to a Hold from Sell at Societe Generale.

Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) was downgraded to a Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan.

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) was downgraded to a Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan.
