New York, January 25th (TradersHuddle.com) - The following are top upgrades and downgrades before the market opens.

Rubicon Technology (NASDAQ:RBCN) was downgraded to Underperform from Neutral at Sterne Agee.

McDonald's (NYSE:MCD) was downgraded to Perform from Outperform at Oppenheimer.

Starbucks (NASDAQ:SBUX) was upgraded to Outperform from Perform at Oppenheimer. The firm set its target price at $56.

Regions Financial (NYSE:RF) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Bank of America Merrill.

Royal Bank of Scotland (NYSE:RBS) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at UBS.

Brinker (NYSE:EAT) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at KeyBanc Capital Markets. The firm set its target price at $31.

Terex (NYSE:TEX) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at KeyBanc Capital Markets. The firm set its target price at $28.

Alliant Techsystems (NYSE:ATK) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at KeyBanc Capital Markets.

Oracle (NASDAQ:ORCL) was downgraded to a Neutral from Outperform at Macquarie.

TCF Financial Corp. (NYSE:TCB) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Raymond James.
