PCTEL, Inc. (NASDAQ:PCTI), a leader in antenna and scanning receiver solutions, today announced the declaration of its regular quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share on its common stock, payable February 15, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 8, 2012.

PCTEL also announced it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2011 on Wednesday, February 22, 2012. An earnings conference call will follow the release at 5:15 p.m. Eastern Time.
