RYE, N.Y., Jan. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Jarden Corporation (NYSE: JAH) today announced that it will release its 2011 fourth quarter and full year financial results after the close of regular stock market trading hours on Wednesday, February 15, 2012.
