Norfolk Southern (NYSE:NSC) was downgraded to a Neutral from Overweight at Atlantic Equities.

NuStar Energy L.P. (NYSE:NS) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Raymond James.

St. Joe Company (NYSE:JOE) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Raymond James.

Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at BMO Capital.

Methode Electronics (NYSE:MEI) was downgraded to a Neutral from Outperform at Robert W. Baird. The firm set its target price at $9.

Columbia Banking System (NASDAQ:COLB) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Wunderlich. The firm set its target price at $22.

CF Industries (NYSE:CF) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Dahlman Rose. The firm set its target price at $180 based on valuation.

AK Steel (NYSE:AKS) was downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight at Morgan Stanley.
