Emily Boynton Joins Mercer’s M&A Consulting Services Business

NEW YORK-( Business Wire )-Mercer, a global leader in human resource consulting and related services, announced today that Emily Boynton has joined Mercer’s M&A Consulting Services (www.mercer.com/ma) business as Senior M&A Consultant and will be based in its New York office. In this role Ms. Boynton will lead key M&A consulting client projects and business development opportunities in the New York Metro market. Ms. Boynton will report to Chuck Moritt, Senior Partner, New York Metro Market Leader for Mercer’s M&A Consulting Services.

Prior to joining Mercer, Ms. Boynton served as Director, Global HR M&A for AECOM, where she led the HR aspects of due diligence and transition activities for both domestic and international transactions. Before her time at AECOM, she served as Senior HR Consultant in the Global Corporate Restructuring Group of Hewitt Associates (now Aon Hewitt). In this role she provided strategic subject-matter expertise and project management leadership for a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions on behalf of her clients. She began her career in the Labor and Employment Groups of Pitney Hardin LLP (now Day Pitney LLP) and Reed Smith Shaw and McClay.
Emily Boynton received a JD degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a BA degree in history from Smith College. A photo of Ms. Boynton is available upon request.
