Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CYH) today announced that management will participate in the UBS 22^nd Annual Global Healthcare Services Conference to be held February 7-8, 2012, at the Grand Hyatt New York in New York City.

The investor presentation will begin at 1:30 p.m. Eastern time, 12:30 p.m. Central time, on Tuesday, February 7, 2012, and will be available to investors via a live audio webcast.
