Assurant Earnings Preview

New York, January 31st (TradersHuddle.com) - Shares of Assurant, Inc. (NYSE:AIZ) are trading lower by -1.20% ahead of its
quarterly earnings release. Assurant, the specialized insurance company is expected to release its quarterly results on January 1st.
Wall Street Analysts consensus calls for a profit of $1.37 a share on $2.07 billion revenue.
Assurant estimates have a range of $0.23 a share. The high estimate calls for profit of $1.49 a share and the low estimate is calling for a profit of $1.26 a share, a year ago for the quarter the company reported $1.08 a share.
Assurant, Inc. (NYSE:AIZ) provides specialized insurance and insurance-related products. The insurer offers individual and small employer group health insurance, group dental insurance, pre-funded funeral insurance, group disability and life insurance, creditor-placed homeowners insurance, manufactured housing homeowners insurance, debt protection administration, credit insurance, and warranties.
