For Assurant, the agreement provides its customers and clients with access to CARCHEX's established online capabilities including proprietary technology and other services from a company with more than a decade of experience providing extended vehicle protection directly to consumers. The strategic partnership provides CARCHEX with a modest infusion of capital to accelerate growth and further strengthen its brand.
