Peet's Coffee & Tea (NASDAQ:PEET) was upgraded to Outperform from Neutral at Robert W. Baird. The firm raised its target price to $76 from $61.

BB&T Corp (NYSE:BBT) was upgraded to Equal Weight from Underweight at Barclays.

Advance Auto Parts (NYSE:AAP) was upgraded to a Neutral from Underweight at JPMorgan.

Research In Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM) was downgraded to Underperform from Hold at Jefferies.
