New York, February 6th (TradersHuddle.com) - The following are top upgrades and downgrades before the market opens.

PulteGroup (NYSE:PHM) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Raymond James.

Deere (NYSE:DE) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at ISI Group.

KB Home (NYSE:KBH) was downgraded to Underperform from Market Perform at Raymond James.

Walt Disney (NYSE:DIS) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Davenport.

Polypore International (NYSE:PPO) was upgraded to Outperform from Neutral at Robert W. Baird. The firm raised its target price to $58 from $49.

Ann, Inc. (NYSE:ANN) was  downgraded to Underweight from Overweight at Barclays.

Royal Dutch Shell (NYSE:RDS-A) was downgraded to a Neutral from Outperform at Credit Suisse.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:REGN) was downgraded to a Neutral from Overweight at Piper Jaffray.

Spectra Energy LP (NYSE:SEP) was downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight at Barclays

Kelly Services (NASDAQ:KELYA) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.
