Disney - Top Performing Dow Component

New York, February 6th (TradersHuddle.com) - The Dow Jones Industrial Average is lower trading at 12817.6, which represents -0.35% versus its previous trading session close.
The blue chip index is having a bad day by having only 8 Dow components trading higher.
Disney (NYSE:DIS) is the Dow's top performer this morning with the stock trading at $40.4 representing 1% versus the previous trading session. Shares of Disney, the largest diversified media company in the world have defined support at $38.02 and resistance at $40.25.
Procter (NYSE:PG) is also among the top performers early in the trading session, trading at $63.4 representing 1% from its previous close. Procter, the global consumer products company has calculated support and resistance levels at $62.70 and $65.50 respectively. The other top performer this morning is General Electric (NYSE:GE), which is trading at $19.14 representing 0.63% from the previous trading session.
The Dow's worst performers include American Express (NYSE:AXP) that is trading at $51.45 or -1.53% from the previous close. Shares of American Express, the credit card issuer and travel services company have defined support at $45.89 and resistance at $51.00. Also among the worst performers we have Intel (NASDAQ:INTC), which is trading at $26.39 representing -1.31% from the previous trading session.
Benchmark crude for January delivery is also trading lower at $97.12 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange lower by $-0.1 from the previous trading session.
The Dow is underperfoming the S&P 500 but is pretty much equal with the NASDAQ composite. The S&P 500 is currently trading at 1341.72, which represents -0.24% from previous close, the Nasdaq on the other hand is trading at 2898.21 that represents -0.26% from previous session.
